Investment Team

Victoire is involved in the full Kerala scope from dealflow to direct support to participations (Board seat, operational and hiring support etc.).

She develops and supervises Kerala Recruitments networks and platforms that include among others First20.club and the Kerala founders network.

At L.E.K. Victoire executed strategic due diligences for various private equity funds and several corporate strategy assignments.

At Ardian Growth, Victoire has participated to 5 deals and reinvestments in the digital and IT sector including Planiware, Clever Age, TabMo and Uptoo.

Victoire graduated from Telecom Paristech, and holds a MSc in Applied Mathematics from the London School of Economics.
